1 · Item declaration

You must declare the number and kinds of garments you send (the item-count checklist at checkout). The shop verifies this count on receipt. Claims for missing items are assessed against your declared count and the shop's verified count.

2 · Delicate & color-bleeding items

Delicate fabrics (wool, silk, embellished garments) and items prone to color bleeding (new or brightly dyed clothing) must be separated and flagged beforehand. You may add “Separate lights & darks” (+₱50.00) at checkout. CyRaHop and its partner shops are not liable for shrinkage or color transfer on items that were not separated or flagged.

3 · Turnaround

Shops display a turnaround time (TAT). If a shop misses its promised window, you may be issued a delayed-order voucher. Severe weather and circumstances beyond the shop's control may extend drying times.

4 · Liability

Liability for verified loss or damage is limited to the value of the affected garments up to a reasonable cap, provided items were declared and care instructions followed.
